24-Hour Video Surveillance

In order to better protect your important items, we provide 24-hour video surveillance at all of our sites as well as employ on-site managers for added security at most locations.

Insurance

We highly recommend that all of our customers insure their goods to protect their belongings in the case of unforeseen events that could damage their goods. For as low as $8 a month you can store your goods, knowing that if anything happens you are covered!

Online Reservations

We now offer our customers the ability to reserve their unit ahead of time to ensure that is available when they are ready to move. Follow this link and make your reservation today!

Postal Annex

Many locations offer the convenience of handing your packing and shipping needs without ever having to leave our facility. *Not all facilities listed currently provide Postal Annexes

Online Payments

At storage direct we believe in providing convenience for our customers. For this reason we now provide our tenants the ability to pay directly online via direct deposit or credit card. This service can virtually eliminate late fees while saving you a trip when paying your bill! *Not all facilities listed on this site provide the option for online payments.
